Privacy policy

This policy describes the Franklin Elite Hardwood website at franklinelitehardwood.com. It was updated on October 30, 2026.

What you send

The quote form asks for your name, phone, email, ZIP code, project type, material, approximate square footage, timeline, and a message. A hidden field records which page you submitted from. Do not include a social security number, a full financial account number, or someone else’s information.

How the form is processed

The form is submitted to Formspree at the endpoint published in the page source. Formspree stores the submission and emails it to the site operator. Formspree’s own privacy policy applies to that processing.

Who else sees a quote request

Franklin Elite Hardwood is a quote service. A submission may be shared with the flooring contractor who responds to Franklin-area requests, so they can price the work and contact you. That share is part of asking for a quote. The site does not publish customer names, project photos of your house, or reviews.

Cookies and analytics

The pages themselves do not run an advertising tracker. Your browser may store ordinary technical logs at the host, and Formspree may use its own cookies when the form is submitted. The embedded map on the service-area page, if you load it, is served by OpenStreetMap and is not a business location.

How long information is kept

Quote emails are kept long enough to answer you and to keep a record of what was quoted. They are not kept as a public archive.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and the form is meant for adults requesting flooring work.

Questions

There is no separate privacy email and no mailing address published. Use the quote form and put “Privacy” at the top of the message, or call (615) 518-0868.
